Winemaker Dinners

Join us throughout 2014 as we celebrate the wines of Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. Our line up for the year presents well-known labels that are signatures of our Central Coast. Executive Chef Matt Bolton's menu will be carefully crafted to pair the bounty of the season with each of these exceptional wines in spectacular fashion.

There is no better way to know your food than to know your Farmer. Our calendar of Meet the Farmer Lunches does just that! From the chilly waters of the Monterey Bay, the wilds of Big Sur, or the boundless Salinas Valley, we are blessed with an abundance of riches unmatched the world over. Come spend time with the cultivators of some of the Monterey Peninsula's finest offerings.

Hello Sunshine Thursday

Say Hello Sunshine from 5:00-7:00PM each Thursday night from June through October. No better way to slide into the end of the week than sitting, sipping, and taking in the ocean view only available at our Sunset Lounge. Each month we will offer up a new collection of cocktails crafted specifically for the season. Enjoy a complimentary appetizer with the purchase of two cocktails.

 

 

Partnership with MEarth

Hyatt Carmel Highlands is proud to support the work of MEarth, a local community nonprofit, whose mission is to educate and inspire through environmental stewardship. MEarth provides innovative hands-on learning opportunities to connect local youth to nature, food, and community. Ona 10-acre piece of land at the mounth of Carmel Valley, known as the Hilton Bialek Habitat, MEarth is gowing the next generation of environmental leaders who will change our world!

 

A portion of the proceeds from each Forks. Corks. Action 2014 event will be donated to MEarth. Thank you for your support of this important project.
